Placing an order couldnt be easier, all you need to do is add the products you would like to purchase in to your shopping cart by clicking on Add To Basket button which can be found on each product. Once you have finshed shopping view your basket which can be found at the top right of the all pages and follow the on-screen intructions to check out.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment being cleared. We can deliver worldwide and all delivery charges will be shown at time of purchase. We use a courier for all UK mainland address’s which you will be provided with a tracking number to track your order to ensure a safe and sound dellivery experience.
All overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Air Mail delivery. If you require a tracking number for any overseas order with can have your parcel sent by a Royal Mail tracked service at a small added charge. Please contact us for any overseas tracking numbers and we will be happy to quote you on your delivery charge.
If for any reason you would like to return your order we have a 30 day money back guarantee. Refunds for unwanted orders will be issued once the order has been returned back to us in its original sealed condition. The customer will be responsible for postage costs for all unwanted or change of mind returns.
in the unlucky event that your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us with in 7 days of arrival to let us know of the problem where we can assit you with with a replacment item or a full refund. Refunds on faulty or damaged goods will be issued once the order has arrived back to us.
