What happens if my product arrives damaged? πŸ˜•

In the very rare event your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as you can so we can start to help with the issue.

  • First we will need your proof of purchase either a confirmation email, delivery packing slip or the paper receipt from our shop.
  • We reserve the right to test and check all faulty or damaged goods before accepting them back for a refund.
  • Most of our electronic toys are covered by a years warranty, we will accept others back within a reasonable time of 90 days for a replacement or refund.

How do I return or exchange a gift? πŸ˜‰

Its Toy Time are happy to accept back any unwanted/changed mind products, for a full refund within 28 days of purchase aslong as the following terms can be met:

  • All packaging must be intact and in a the sealed packaging it arrived in.
  • You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase. This can be a receipt you was given at our shop, Email confirmation you were sent at time of purchase or your delivery packing slip that arrived with your parcel.
  • Return postage costs will be down to the customer. Please note the original postage cost will not be included in the refund.
  • Gift cards are non refundable.

Here at Its Toy Time we what you to know where your order is every step of the way. Once you have made your order we will keep you updated on when the order has been processed, shipped and tracking number for the delivery van. You see all this information you can make an account on our website and check as many times as you like. We will also send you emails with this information in too.

How and when will I be refunded? 😎

All refunds will be processed as soon as we have had the product returned back to us. Processing can be up to 2 days we will send you a email once your return has arrived back with us. Once we refund the total amount back the funds may take between 2-3 working days to show back up in your account depending on your payment method and bank.

What packaging will my order come in? Is it sustainable? πŸ˜‰

All our parcels are packed with the up-most care. All products are dispatched in a cardboard box with shipping label. We are keen on using as less paper as we can and try to keep all our packaging recyclable. To keep waste down we use unwanted boxes so don’t be surprised if your order arrives in a different branded box to what you was expecting. All items inside the box will be in their original packaging.

How long will my order take to arrive? 😎

From the moment you make your order we will start the process of picking your order, packing and having it sent out. Delivery is Monday to Saturday which an estimated arrival of 2-3 working days this can vary on busier time of the year.

How do I modify an existing order? πŸ˜‰

If you need to change some details on your order as email address, phone number name and address you can do this by login into your account where all details will be changeable. You can also email us with your order number and what you would like to change and we can do this for you as well. You can contact us on our Contact us page.

If you have been lucky to get a promo code you can enter this on the checkout page before you enter your details. Once your add your promo code your discount will be deducted from your total amount and been clear to see in the amount breakdown.
